Ideally, try not to take any photography that can easily be dated.
While they can look stylish for a few weeks, they soon age and will require to be reshot.
Please keep this in mind, as any re-shoot would be chargeable from most photographers and estate agents.
Empty Home
Empty or unfurnished properties still require the same treatment as furnished properties.
They need to be clean, tidy, and clutter-free.

This is the first impression that potential buyers will have of your home, and if it is messy, it may even discourage them from looking inside.

I personally love dogs, but I am allergic to cats.

Please remember to remove all personal data from sight while we take every possible precaution to blur out anything captured. It is much better to avoid the risk completely by removing it in the first place.
Everything from letters, photos, schools, and any other identifiable personal belongings.
Video Walk-throughs
Virtual tours and walk-throughs are a great way to capture your property.
Just remember everything will be captured, so ideally you need to have everything out of sight.
While we can blur personal photos, ideally it looks better if they are not on show.
